"Children achieve well in the Nursery and Reception classes"

"The provision is well led and managed. The setting provides a stimulating environment where children learn and thrive. Teachers plan a wide range of exciting indoor and outdoor learning activities"

OFSTED June 2016

We are very fortunate in having a nursery class for pre-school aged children who are 3 and over.  We run a morning session from 8.35 am to 11.35 am and an afternoon session from 12.15 pm to 3.15 pm. We are also now offering a limited number of full day (30 hour) places from 8.35 am to 3.15 pm.

Please refer to our Admissions page for information about how to apply.

Our Nursery provides a stimulating and interesting environment inside and outside that helps children to be healthy, happy and safe. In group time children get involved in many different activities: sharing stories, phonics, singing, circle time and music; all with specific learning intentions in mind. Outside we have a large garden with sandpits and climbing frame with an artificial grass surface that can be used all year round. We also have a mini forest garden where we learn about the environment and build using natural materials.

If you are interested in seeing our Nursery in action, we would be delighted to show you round. Please contact us at our school office to arrange an appointment.
